Bosch ZWB28-3A Pump not operating

installed a new control board and now pump does not operate Bosch ZWB28-3A.
Had no control on operating temperature of heat output so I ordered and installed a new control board. Board does not put out any voltage to the pump. Tried a reset to factory settings. No pumping.
Wired pump to separate supply so it runs independent of the control.
The control functions are operating normally with proper temp controls and limits. Seems like a new board that has an issue but is there any thing else I can do to get the board to control the pump?
thanks

Almost seems like the board thinks you’re trying to make hot water. Did you install the chip on the new board? If yes, that’s a stumper0

You need to program the new control ... Best to call tech support ..
