What is this vent?

Just took this off a steam radiator that's been noisy. Any ideas of its venting capacity for a replacement as I dont see it in the balancing radiator venting capacity sheet that goes around here. https://heatinghelp.com/assets/documents/Balancing-Steam-Systems-Using-a-Vent-Capacity-Chart-1.pdf

From what i can tell the text reads:

1910 house with some pretty awesome radiators including several large induction ones (not this one).

can’t imagine this vent is orginal but must be very old

W.A. Russell Co. was also located in Bridgeport, CT for a while. They also sold vents with the "WARCO" name.

Thank you both - insane if its original - that means the vent was never changed for 113 years?!

at least from 1929 and mentioned in catalogs up to 1953.. that I was able to google
no specific information found though
