Has anyone seen the following issues or is this just isolated to us?
1. SH Controlling sensor which was allotted to the outlet disappears.
2. Modulation Factor which was set to 40% disappears.
3. HW System Pump Mode which was set to "force off" disappears / resets itself to "Call for heat"
4. Ramp delay which was set to "Ramp up" reverts to "No delay".
5. The one that really concerns us is the SH 1 setpoint which was programmed to 155F magically "Reprogrammed itself" to 120F which could have resulted in a Frozen house.
Other issues are present and i will add these as i find them.0 -
Have you spoken with Shamrock or Lochinvar directly? Are their software upgrades to fix bugs?Derheatmeister said:Has anyone seen the following issues or is this just isolated to us?

Just talked to another contractor here in Summit County Colorado (Eric F..... from Al......) that also had a bad experience with the "New" ConXus.
Once they hooked it up to the boiler the screen of the Knigth just went Crazy/showed all kinds of weird simbols..Lochinvar was not helpfull in this case and they decided to returned it for credit to the source it came from and are seriously contemplating using Lochinvar products again .They probaby also lost the customer confidence in the the Lochinvar products !
Again this is product has had many issues over the years, customers are not getting what they paid for and contractors are left without support or just lip service (Stop complaining and just Go Away)...Shame on you Lochinvar for not addressing a faulty product !
How would you feel if this happend to you ?0
