Fuel oil copper tubing

What would I have to do to braze 1/2” copper tubing that had fuel oil in them. (They would be drained of course).

Drain it. I would blast some compressed air through it to get rid on any residual oil or use nitrogen or Co2 if you have any of that. Wipe the oil off and sand it before brazing. That should do it .
May I ask why you are brazing it? You are not allowed to use solder but brazing is ok but flare fittings are the way to go.0
