Sourcing Small parts such as washers and stainless clips etc

Is there a go to place for small parts that you folks in the repair/service industry look to for odd parts like the washer I’ve attached?
this washer is from the heat exchanger in a Quietside DPW-120 that was installed before I bought the house and the heat exchanger has a leak on the domestic water side. I bought a heat exchanger online for a just in case situation if it’s more that just a washer. But now I’m reluctant again to take it apart because I would have liked to put in new washers but I’ve never seen this style before. It’s like a double o ring bonded in the middle.
i looked at the blow up drawings and there are other similar washers where hot water inlet outlets join metal parts to plastic and other pipe to pipe connectors just have a washer with a male female slip coupling held together by a stainless steel clip.
crazy that I’m at a standstill worrying about such small parts. The pen cap is for scale as well as the lines on the paper.

    That is
probably an OEM sized ring, it may be tough to find.
Is there an Amazon or  EBay in Korea?

Does anyone remember the Bradford Price Book?
I sure do miss that black loose-leaf book.
I don't know why but this picture for some reason reminds me of that book.
  • No, but I remember the Reeves Price Book. They sent you weekly updates and you had to replace the old pages with the new ones.

They just gave you list prices and you had to get your discounts from your wholesalers. I remember cast iron fittings were "seven 5's", meaning take five percent off list seven times to get your net price. We had to earn those seven 5's, asking for an additional 5 every now and then. Seems ridiculous now.
    8.33 lbs./gal. x 60 min./hr. x 20°ΔT = 10,000 BTU's/hour

Two btu per sq ft for degree difference for a slab

Sounds like the same book. It was black loose leaf, about ten inches long four inches wide, and had a tight pattern three-ring binder.

    I miss those days.

Baxi, a German boiler uses similar seals
Bruno is a German contractor that has shown various seal repair kits on his IG site. Maybe reach out to him for some ideas.
