cooling with Air to Water Heat Pump for radiant floor?

I have a concrete slab radiant pex grid system with styrofoam insulation that I'm ready to activate. There is solar water heating panels on the roof, and I'm looking for a backup for the panels. There aren't many really hot days here, but my "what color is your pony" question: Is it possible to provide cooling through the slab with a heat pump? In other words, is there either a standalone a-to-w heat pump that is reversible, or a way to alter an off-the-shelf model of a spa heat pump to do this? Thanks for any info.

You can do some radiant cooling in arid climates, surface temperatures need to stay below dewpoint. There are some dewpoint controls available.
Often you want some air movement also to dehumidifyBob "hot rod" Rohr

If you go to the Caleffi idronics. We covered cooling in 3 or 4 issues now. Commercial Cooling is the most recent, also several of the heat pump issues
