Tiger Loop Ultra?
There can't be anything after the Tiger Loop.

This is acceptable: Tank > overhead fuel line > oil filter > Tee fitting > tiger loop inlet from branch ^ tiger loop inlet from run.
This is acceptable: Tank > overhead fuel line > Tee Fitting > tiger loop ultra on branch ^ tiger loop ultra on run.
Both tiger loops: Outlet > burner supply > burner return > tiger loop return. Just like the picture on the box. No other filters between the tiger loop outlet and the burner inlet is required.Edward Young Retired
After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?
