I didnt get a chance to post a preview for this case. In this case, the owner wanted to replace her atmospheric cast iron boiler with two modulating boilers. Low Bid Mike was also bidding which the contractors knew would drive the prices down. I suggested a hybrid system consisting of one or more condensing boilers and one or more non condensing boilers.
