Heating in my house is not working

Hello, The heating in my house stopped working a few weeks ago. I called a contractor who said that my circulating motor is shot and replaced it. The heating was back on and has stopped again yesterday. He had installed a Taco 007e and I can see the yellow light on. I took out the circulating motor and see nothing lodged in it. What else can I do to fix it?
My setup looks like this -

pretty sure the yellow LED is Air Bound,
I see the purge hose, did you get air out?
    one zone at a time?
zone valves manually open and return ball valves closed? except at end to burp the zone?
where's your air elimination and tank? picture?
burp air from safety relief valve ?

Perhaps it wasn’t the circulator and something else.
Simple test, put 120volts to pump, and if impeller turns, there’s nothing wrong with the pump. Your system could be taking air in from highest point, lowest pressure, and most likely negative pressure.
check you PRV, and static system pressure to make Certain you have enough positive pressure at all locations.
