I have 2 heat pumps (one for upstairs and one for downstairs )and a boiler. I installed 2 the honeywell 8000 thermostat. The downstairs is working correctly, heat pump runs until 35 deg outside then the boiler kicks on. A new Bosch heat pump was installed and can not get the heat to switch from heat pump to boiler or vice versa. I took the jumper out of Rc and R, put the boiler red on R and the boiler white on Aux. Thats how the downstairs is wired and working. The bosche heat pump worked before i hooked up the boiler wires and took the jumper out. Now it runs but does not heat, its blowing cold air. I also have the setting in the thermostat on b for reversing valve. Any ideas?

its hard to follow your story . did you go through the Tstat settings for boiler em heat from aux? when u say it runs and blows cold air, are you saying its in AC mode or are you saying just the inside fan runs and the condenser doesn't??0
