Does that happen on one zone or more than one?
    8.33 lbs./gal. x 60 min./hr. x 20°ΔT = 10,000 BTU's/hour

Two btu per sq ft for degree difference for a slab

    looks like there's a fly in the works , , , #he,he,he.

I think blinking means too much draw on the 24 volts,
someone else saw this with multiple Nests involved,
    known to beat dead horses

It's Christmas time. sometimes the lights just blink for Santa.

After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?

To get serious... @SteveSan is on here a lot. He is from Taco Tech Support. He can answer your Query with confidence. He will need to know what is connected to the control... type of thermostat(s) and number and type of valves. and if and how the two controls are interconnected. and probably other questions that are better answered over the phone with tech support.

Thanks for the heads up ED.

@MRJ Please give Taco Technical Services a call during normal business hours Mon-Fri 8am-5pm EST 401-942-8000. Please try to be at the control when you call, much easier to diagnose.

Like Ed mentioned, would need the answers to the questions to help out.
