Radiant pex loop bleed

Any help on how to bleed a single loop off this manifold. The system is fed through a boiler with city water, and has main shutoff for the supply demand feed.

Do you know which loop it is on the manifold?
A surefire way it to turn off the power and allow all, the actuators to close, it takes a few minutes. Remove the white actuator head from the zone you want to purge. This allows only that loop to flow.
Close the yellow handle ball valve on the upper manifold, connect a washer hose to that chrome purge valve and flow it until all air is gone.

You need to have the fill valve turned on, of course.

Where would the fill valve be?

Wherever the city water piping connects to the boiler piping, there should be a valve. That is the fill valve.
