Steamview by Runtal - cast iron radiator replacement?

Hello heating community!
We are doing a fairly substantial renovation and addition in our 1922 home in the NY area. House has single pipe steam heat system. I'm trying to maintain the radiator load by making sure that no radiator gets disconnected permanently from the system. We are already a bit over-fired on the boiler end and I don't want to create further imbalance. There are at least two locations where the original column style radiators will no longer fit where they are intended.
About 10 years ago we replaced 2 cast iron radiators with Steamview by Runtal. They are low profile and seem to put out plenty of heat. They are steel so don't necessarily maintain the heat the way cast iron does, but 'ok' for the rooms we located them, particularly with the addition of insulation in the formerly hollow walls. At the time we sized them based on room size, not knowing anything at the time about radiation sq footage and boiler sizing.
What I'm trying to determine at this point is whether to swap out two more original cast iron units with Steamviews. The manufacturer gives BTU rating but not sqft of radiation. I can do the math and figure out the size Steamview heater to accommodate the same load as the columnar unit it replaces (at least on paper). I wonder though, being steel rather than cast iron if there are other factors that I need to take into account? Anyone have experience in swapping the old cast iron units for the Steamview (or other) type units?

They look like this (and can be used in any orientation):
Old radiator
As always, any input or advice is welcome. Thanks!

Hi..Yes Steamview are sleek an low profile..They don't have the obvious thermal mass of chunky Cast Iron, but there are great in bathrooms. I'm on Nassau/Queens Border..you? Mad Dog 🐕0
