Riello LP burner on Biasi B10-4 boiler

Hoping someone can help me out.  Currently have a Biasi B10-4 boiler with a Carlin G3B ez gas burner.  Looking to replace the Carlin with a Riello.  In taking with Biasi, they recommend the 40 GAS120 burner which I cannot find.  However I can find a GAS200 that still falls within the heat output of the boiler.  Is there a reason why the 200 cannot be used on a B10-4?  Also, Biasi specifies a 3" insertion but the lowest the riello will go is 3-15/16". Will the extra length be an issue?

Any help is appreciated!

The insertion is important with a tuned boiler . You can pull it back with longer flange studs and extra flange gaskets .... 1/2" you will be good

It doesn't produce enough static air pressure to run well in that type of boiler.

The gas valve and blower motor need to be replaced.  As it is some special blower motor, the parts quote for both is $450.  For another $500 I can replace the whole unit.  I could also use the new carlin ez gas burner too.
