Riello LP burner on Biasi B10-4 boiler

Hoping someone can help me out. Currently have a Biasi B10-4 boiler with a Carlin G3B ez gas burner. Looking to replace the Carlin with a Riello. In taking with Biasi, they recommend the 40 GAS120 burner which I cannot find. However I can find a GAS200 that still falls within the heat output of the boiler. Is there a reason why the 200 cannot be used on a B10-4? Also, Biasi specifies a 3" insertion but the lowest the riello will go is 3-15/16". Will the extra length be an issue?
Any help is appreciated!

The insertion is important with a tuned boiler . You can pull it back with longer flange studs and extra flange gaskets .... 1/2" you will be good

What wrong w/ the Carlin g3b?

It doesn't produce enough static air pressure to run well in that type of boiler.kcopp said:What wrong w/ the Carlin g3b?
