Hello everyone, just recently purchased a Crown AWR series boiler. Wold like to add 4 zones like our old galaxy boiler using Taco ZVC 404-4 zone control. Problem is, there is no aquastat relay on this boiler to tie into. The wiring instructions don't cover that. Does anyone know the proper connections to tie into on this boiler? Thank you.

Need a lot more information. Are you zoning with circulators or zone valves? Are you adding more zones or reconnecting what you have?0

This. The Aruba/AWR uses an integrated Honeywell control instead of the usual aquastat relay. Hook up your zone valve controller XX Main to TT on this control.kcopp said:Should be able to hook the end switch from the ZVC to the TT connections at the wires in the boiler.
