Possible leak in new home?

Please bare with me…I literally know NOTHING about this! I just know we are having issues. I have included pics of our system.
We just moved into a new home a few months ago that has in-floor radiant heat. It is a Rudd boiler and Taco brand ‘controls’ on the wall. Problems started out slow…as it was warmer weather. We would run out of hot water and go out in the garage - the pressure would be at zero. We called the builder, he said ‘it’s normal, air in the new system - might happen a time or two, just need to bleed it out, and refill, it’ll be fine’. Fast forward to today…we are literally find there is no hot water every few days, go out to garage, gauge is at zero. To add to this, I have felt the radiant floors have NOT been feeling warm underfoot and yesterday I walked in the backyard and it was completely soaked! It’s cold here, we haven’t had rain…seems crazy odd. We’ve had so many plumbing issues with this house…I’m guessing this is the icing on the cake? Can anyone give me their opinion before I contact the builder. I appreciate any assistance you can give. Thank you!

If you turn the system off and bring the pressure up it should hold that pressure. Maybe bring it up, wait 20 minutes and bring it up again. If it won't hold pressure after adding a couple times (there may initially be some air rising up and venting but without the circulator or heat running it won't keep venting air). If the pressure keeps dropping or it drops after a few minutes every time you add water there is a leak somewhere. Presumably it is on the builder to find and fix the leak(assuming you have some sort of warranty).0

It sounds like you definitely have a leak based on back yard flooding. Logically it sounds like the radiant piping is leaking and now that you are calling for heat it is much more noticeable. Builder needs to inspect asap along with any sub(s) that did the work Ask for blueprints or other design documents etc.0
