No Hot Water

in THE MAIN WALL
We have a Mascot LX and the heating is working fine but we have no hot water. The service is required symbol is lit up but no error codes. I can hear the boiler trying to start but then stops and tries again.

    filter screen clean ?

    post pictures so we can see piping in and out of the boiler
    known to beat dead horses
