I wanted to replace the thermostats connected to my switching relay. The end game (in a few years because $$$ and utility rebates) would be a separate 24v transformer to power all the smart thermostats, isolating relay argo's IR882 or a few ribu1c relays, two semi start and a 3rd that can work with a room sensor.

Honeywell: I was thinking two T6 and one T9. But the T6 limits you to four periods a day

Emerson Sensi Smart / Sensi Lite does 8 periods a day, not bad. Plus the Sensi Touch 2 and a Room Sensor. It's silly that even the Touch 2 limits you to eight periods per day.

Ecobee: Lite and one Thermostat Premium which comes with a room sensor.

Nest would be something i stay away not unless it's really the best. Nests and one Nest Learning with Room Sensor. I don't need it to learn anything. I just want to set the schedule and be done!

I have a few residential and a small commercial property with multiple tstats. I have been using lux kono as they get the job done and reliable. I used honeywell (don't remember model #) in the past and everytime there was a power outage or brownout I would have to manually reset at the property. I heard good things about sensi and I was considering them Emerson has a nice multiple thermostat manager with lots of features to dial it in just right but I don't like the pricing per unit. Tekmar has some nice options and app as well.
