Zone valves not opening

When I trip the thermostats the boiler goes on but my zone valves aren’t opening

More info needed. This sounds like you may have no heat. What type of zone valve do you have, Brand name and model number would help, or post a picture of them.
The 2 wires probably are 24 volt control wires that connect the power from a transformer that is interrupted by the thermostat in order to open the valve to let the heat move through the pipes.
