Leave the light on overnight for set back to keep the system off because of the added heat?

There were some electric BB tstats with Photocells to turn down temp in the dark, turn on when room was lite by sun light or electric fixtures.

they did that with occupancy sensors in some of our buildings. Whoever designed it didn't consider that they'd need to design the system to recover from setback in a couple minutes.
