Return Flo Tees by the Modern Products Company. What do you know about them and the company that made them? There is about 6 feet of pex cut into the one pipe system. The main was split using a wye. and is circulated with a Taco 007 F4. Since pex has a slightly narrower id.than copper Is it effecting the flow of this systems recessed panel heat emitters.? The radiators start to warm but aquastat shuts burner at 180 but boiler overheats to 220; circulators and system has mud barely flowing through it.

That's one way to get the door to open past that old copper pipe.
I'm gonnna take a wild guess here, That blue PEX pipe does not have an oxygen barrier. Can you take a picture of the words and numbers that are printed on the side of that PEX tubing?
That PEX is causing all kinds of problems in that system

After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?

Thanks Ed I was hoping you would reply. It's the same boiler from my Why are there two circulators post you helped me with. Maybe. I didn't think to check. The boiler hyvent was leaking and feed valve feeding .0
