Replacing Tankless Heater for Closed Loop Heating System

I have a 3-zone closed loop heating system and use a Takagi tankless (propane) heater, and have a separate water heater for potable use. Since this system was installed new in 2016, Takagi and all the other tankless manufacturers are will no longer warranty these units if they're used only for heating, so as soon as this unit fails I'll either have to take the risk myself with another tankless unit or convert to a traditional boiler. I'd like to be prepared for the conversion so I'm looking for recommendations for a boiler that is quiet (it would be right under the main bedroom) and reliable. Any suggestions or ideas on this?

Any idea how large the load is?
Mod cons are available down to 55,000 input. Turndown to 11K.
Plenty of good brands, Lochinvar is my favorite. NTI, IBC, Viessmann, all the big boiler brands Weil, US Boiler, Utica, have mod con offerings.Bob "hot rod" Rohr

I don't know the load, but the house is only 7 years old and has 2,000 sq. ft. on the main floor and the same in the finished basement. There is radiant heat in both floors.0
