Need to add circulator for indirect HW

I have a Taco ZVC405 Zone Valve Control for five zones, with my hot water heater as zone 5 with priority. I need to add a circulator for my indirect HW heater, since we don't have adequate hot water for baths. The HW heater instructions state that it should have one. The control has dry contacts for this purpose.
Should these be connected to another control, where the dry contacts on the ZVC405 act like a thermostat to close the contacts on the new control to send power to the new circulator?
Just want to be sure.
