Wire 6 Zones and DHW tank to Oil Boiler using Teco Zone valve controlers

Hi,

My house has 6 heating zones and a DHW tank conneted to a Lennox Oil Fired Water Boiler.
Currently all zone values have been conneted to the TT/RW(switches when any of the teco 3 wire zones open that are powerd by 2 separate 24va transformaers ) of the aquastat control L7248L.
The zone circulator is connected to C1,C2 of the Aquastat. The B1 and B2 goes to the Beckett Burner.
The DHW tank termostat is connected to a SR501 that runs a ceculater to circulate hotwater from the Boiler to make hot water
The SR501 energize ZR terminal of the aquastat to start the Boiler when DHW termostat calls

This setup also actvates the zone hot water circulater evey time DHW tank termostat calls and it keeps trying to puch hot water to the zones when non of them are calling.

I am lookig into fixing this by rewiring zones and DHW using a Teco ZVC-406-EXP and a ZVC-404-EXP as I have 6 zones and DHW.
I would like to know if there are any other ways to achive this from the experts out there?

Thanks

A relay box is about the best way to clean up all the control wiring.
You get fuse protection and indicator lights to boot.
