Running new fuel oil lines to my furnace

I replaced my buried tank with a slightly used 275-V above-ground outdoor tank. I will run new fuel oil lines to my furnace from the above-ground outdoor tank. The tank is maybe a foot above the level of the pump. I plan to go through a brick/ cinder block wall into a basement, then up the block wall, attach the copper tubing to the floor joist for about 70 feet, and then down an interior wall to the oil furnace. I was thinking about running a two-line system with a filter (since that is what is there now). What do you guys think? I really did not want to add a tiger loop unless necessary. What components do I need other than a filter and tubing? I am looking for suggestions. Should I add check valves and shut-off valves? If so, where should I add? I was also thinking of using a Beckett King Combination Vertical Fill Alarm & Tank Gauge. any suggestions would be appreciated.

I don't like Tiger loops but this is probably the job that needs one. With an outside tank the Tiger loop will recirculate the oil and allow it to warm up. I would use treatment in the tank.

Firomatic valve where the line enters the building inside. Filter, firomatic and tiger loop at the burner.

Check with local codes for any tank protection and they may want a firomatic valve at the tank.

Oil fill and vent pipes the same size. Whistle on the vent. Vent above the fill. Vent and fill need to stay away from windows and doors.
