Make Custom Harness Connections?

I'm trying to replace a failed wire harness on a furnace that according to my local supplier, is no longer available. It is a 6 Pin male connector that goes into an IFC. Two leads go to the draft inducer motor and two go to the HSI. The 6 pin male doesn't use the middle two pins. The leads going to the HSI and motor are a 2pin male. Can I buy some sort of kit to make my own or are there any readily available harness' to buy?

Hello @Rizz861,
No kit I know of. What is wrong with the old harness ?
The only place you may find a factory wiring harness would be from a retired unit.
Making your own 'New' harness can be done, but the hard part is matching the connectors and pins (thousands out there) and crimping them properly, or crimp them poorly with needle nose pliers and solder them. I would probably just repair the old harness unless that is impossible (wire, solder and heatshrink tubing).
Digikey.com and Mouser.com sell connectors bodies and pins, or terminals.

So it looks like you can buy some online. Molex makes different pin sizes, and I have no idea what the correct pin size would be. Anyone have any idea?0
