Insulating an Unfinished Basement?

Hello,
I have a house on Long Island, NY with an unfinished block wall basement foundation. Currently I have the rim joist insulated with spray foam and 3" of closed cell foam. The floor joist of the first floor are insulated with R-30 Fiberglass Bat.
Would there be any benefit to insulate the walls of the basement? Thanks in advance.

Certainly there is heat loss through the basement walls. This program allows you to build the wall, and determine the heatloss. www.hydronicpros.com
I'd spray foam those also.Bob "hot rod" Rohr
