Line voltage wi fi thermostat?

We have a job that has existing Honeywell line voltage thermostats that control the baseboard heat in the building. An all electric building. The thermostats are wired to Honeywell R447A 1001 relays. The baseboard is 240 volt. Does anyone know of a line voltage thermostat that is wi fi capable? My first thought was to use the existing wire, wire a remote sensor to it, and install a transformer, and low voltage thermostat in the electric room to control this. The sensor would be a remote sensor, and the transformer would allow the use of a low voltage thermostat. I am afraid of using the 50 year old line voltage wire that runs through emt, and block walls, to have a sensor wired to it. I don't know how accurate it would be, and there may be other line voltage in the same emt. any suggestions would be much appreciated. thanks to all
