Navien NCB 240 Gas smell

Just installed a Navien 2 side by side 2 weeks ago customer says she smells gas a little inside and of course outside at the vent which is quite normal. Venting is proper and inspected.
What gives? Anyone.

Check the flue pipe gasket where it connects to the boiler. There are U tube videos about Navien issues. You can check for leaking gaskets with soap bubbles0

Yea thought about that. Installed many of these never checked that, never had an issue not even sure what may be the issue if any. Thanks0
