Hello all,
My circulator pump is not getting 120 v I have 24 v at T. When I manually push the relay on the transformer I get voltage and the circulator and boiler started any ideas?

If you get 24 volts at TT with the thermostat turned up, then it's either a bad thermostat or a broken wire.
With the thermostat calling for heat, you should read 0 volts at TT.

Shut the power off to the relay and disconnect both thermostat wires to T & T.

Turn the power back on and check for 120volts at #! &#2.

If you have power at 1&2 use a jumper to jump between T & T.

If the relay pulls in and starts the boiler and circulator when jumped it is probably good. If the relay does not pull in it is bad.
