HTP Phoenix Discoloration

These's a heating contractor near here that loves using large water heaters to heat DHW and radiant (with HX). This latest one is a HTP Phoenix installed around 10 years ago that has some staining or leakage at the exhaust/condensate outlet. I suspect a clogged condensate drain and will investigate next week. For any who have more experience with these water heaters, should I look for anything else?

Thank you!

I thought the connection onto the tank was a PVC slip adapter. Like you would see under a sink? That my be an older version connection.

I think they have legacy documentation at the HTP site. It may show the transition.
