Missing radiator data

So, I'm trying to find out how many Sq. Ft of EDR is being emitted from each section of my friend's existing downstairs "hot water" radiators but can't seem to find the data on any radiator charts (just a dash where I was hoping for a number). All the radiators are the same height 14 inches and six tube (9 3/4 inches). There are a total of 5 radiators with a total of 110 sections. The charts that I can find only give the EDR per section for 14-inch 7 tube sections. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Why do you need the EDR ?

He's considering converting from an oversized 30-year-old conventional boiler to a direct vent or power vent boiler (Perhaps condensing) and I want to see both what the boiler BTUs (I know that this is based more on the heat loss calculation of the house for hot water systems) should be and more importantly, what water temp we can use to get the job done.0
