    Barely. The boiler is in failure mode and the owner is tired of trying to keep it maintained. It has a poor service history but lasted since 2007. We'll install a Viessmann 222F cabinet combi and make piping corrections.
    BTW, picked up a nice consulting job in Portland via a Wall lurker. Thanks for the referral by existing for people who need boiler and system help.

    All the bigger problem with "squirrels nest" piping & wiring Three Stooges work is the they guys down the line trying to make sense of it.  The Loo Loo that installed it got it to work, or get by, but the HO pays through the nose 👃 on excessive maintenance & trouble shooting with the next guy just trying to follow what the last guy did!  

    I have found in most cases of a job that looks so crazy like that is done by a low ball  hit & run guy 🏃‍♂️ or company that doesn't DO service...i.e., they're never coming back.  Mad Dog 🐕
