Question all, as stated in prior post I am working on correcting clustered piping on fire tube steamer. Right now there is no equalizer line. 100 % pumped return.from fees tank. They have ran it for the last yr plus. I'm running out of time b4 heat needs turning on. What issues di you see with it as it is 100% pumped return. Until I can have the 6" main reworked? Btw, fired at 2 million currently. Boiler rated at 3.2 million. Side note: it's a L.E.S. boiler, new in last year. Anyone ever heard of? I have not. Called them and even tough ti get IOM manual out of.
Thanks all

Interesting response from the Tech specialist at LES boiler company. I asked him for their IOM manual and standard piping diagrams. Limited at best. One comment he made was that you don't need a equalizer or hartford loop on a pumped return. That's old technology from early 1900s to protect from dry firing and with todays safeties you don't have to worry about it. Not sure what to make of his comments. Ps, this was over a phone call.
