Buderus SSB 160 cleaning?

We have a customer who has two Buderus SSB 160 gas boilers. I'm going to do a cleaning and service on them today. It looks like after you pull the gas valve/inducer assembly then there is a band at the top of the combustion chamber you can pull to remove the burner.

I can't find any info on servicing that part of the boiler. The Buderus manual doesn't have any details.

Has anyone ever serviced one of those boilers? They're not very common in this area. We service a lot of the GB142-XX boilers.

"The burner can be accessed by removing the larger four fan motor mounting nuts."

Do you have this service manual? surprisingly detailed at first glance compared to many other boilers

    Yeah, thanks.

One issue these boilers had is the plastic internal flue pipes had cracked and leaked condensate. That corroded the connections on the flue temp sensors located under the condensate collector on the bottom of the boiler.

New sensors are reasonably priced but the wiring harness is $900 our cost!
