What does the Mitsubishi “auto energy save” mode do?

Not much info out there or I’m using the wrong key words. Anybody know what it’s doing, technically?

Same as eco mode on any other inverter compressor. runs it slower to save energy.
this is a feature for situations you want to maintain a set temperature (not too high or low..) for long periods of time. Such as an office space or a place you'd want to leave the unit on for nearly the entire day.
you could use it for shorter periods, but note it will take much longer to reach set point.0 -
Hi Dko. Thanks.Does anyone have a reference to the Mitsubishi technical details or remember a doc that outlines details? I’m just curious how low my system will modulate to.0

Auto Eco seems to reduce the responsiveness of the system, which actually seems appropriate for my application.
