Daiken FDMQ fan coil unit - fan and motor replacement

Can you easily replace the fan and motor on the daikin fdmq fan coil unit, or does the entire fan coil replacement? If it can be replaced, I'm wondering whether it would be more cost effective to cut the ceiling to replace the entire unit, rather than replacing the fan and motor.
