The new HeatingHelp.com

I'm thrilled to announce the launch of the newly redesigned HeatingHelp.com. The talented team at Bluehouse Group and I have been working together on this for quite some time and I appreciate all of our community members who provided us with feedback when we started this process. We're also honored to showcase the fine work of @Tinman on our homepage.

We've streamlined our Systems Help Center so that it now includes categories on different systems, as well as our Museum and a new section on The HVAC Business, where you'll find a bunch of entertaining stories and helpful tips. (Please PM me if you'd like to help us grow this resource by submitting articles, particularly on A/C and heat pumps, geothermal, and solar.)

I'd also like to thank our advertising partners for their enthusiasm for industry education and support of the work we're doing here. They've enabled us to upgrade our technology so that we can continue connecting you with valuable resources and with one another. Question for Dan...Did you ever forsee HH taking off as high as it has?  What were your expectations?  Mad Dog

I did, Matt, and it was when Erin bought it in 2016.  She knew far better than me what and how to do it. What she does behind the scenes from day to day amazes me. She is hyper-sensitive to the needs of this community, and she is totally committed to it. She worked with her team on this rebuild for a full year. It’s all in the details and she wouldn’t release it before it was fully tested and approved by everyone. 

Thanks for asking. Gives me a chance to show my pride in Erin. ❤️
