It's alive! Now I just need to clean it up / organize the tubes and thermostat wires. What clamps, bends, etc. would you recommend near the manifold?

Really? That question should have been asked about 2 days before the installation started?

Was this planned out for a neat and orderly looking project? Get it up and running fast then go back to place all the brackets and fasteners later? I have done that in the middle of the winter when there were more important things to get to. Then the next mild day I returned to the project with hardware to make it neat and clean. This does not look that way.

It appears that you may need to disconnect some items (pipes, wires. etc.) to get here>>>

Did you inherit this mess? How much time do you have to make it look good?

Depending on your intentions, there are several ways to fasten the wires and PEX in an orderly fashion. There are plastic channels that can hold wires. You can run wires through conduit or corrugated split tubing like the automotive industry uses for all those wiring harnesses. That can then be fastened like tubing.

Pex tubing has several fasternes on the market.

@EdTheHeaterMan Thank you for the added context and info! Much appreciated.

Yes, I installed this over the winter and needed heat as quickly as possible after cutting over, so I didn't focus on doing a nice clean job at the time.

I planned to come back to it over the summer, so here I am.

Yes, I can always disconnect pipes and re-route if needed. Would you offer any tips there?

Is this a radiant floor system (low temperature) or do these green tubes go to baseboards or panel radiators or some other heating emitters (Higher temperature)?
It looks like there are 3 groups, one is going the the left and behind the wall, the other is going in the opposite direction away from the wall and the third is going to the right.
    (See attached diagram)

Group the tubes and fasten them with PEX Clips. then hang the tubes on to the ceiling joist as needed.

Once that is done then we can look at the control wires. How many thermostats are there in the home?

Coming directly iff a cast boiler, hopefully it is a high temperature system

often times you start at the manifold, fasten neatly, work around the look and bring the other end back neatly

With that cluster, may as well disconnect each tube and start at the top to neaten it you

Its more  about workmanship than the type  of clips you use

Is that Vipert tubing with Uponor expansion rings and fittings? I don't see where Vipert is approved for use with F1960 cold expansion. I could easily be wrong though.

Still looking for the answer to what is connected to the PEX tubing? Low Temp (120° MAX) floor heat, or High Temp (OVER 130°- 210°) heaters in the rooms. There is an important reason for asking.
