Can anyone help me ID the age of this boiler & how to clean it?

2 pipe hot water radiator system. Curious if the age and how to maintain it! Does it need a yearly clean out? I’m coming from a steam system which I knew more about.

Not a yearly "clean out", but an annual maintenance. A tech would check all the safeties and limits. Check lockup and manifold gas pressures. Remove and brush the burners. Check the orifices. Tighten all electrical connections. Test the thermocouple. You have 1 thermocouple and it looks like 2 pilot assemblies sitting on top of the boiler. Cycle heat zones. And of course combustion and draft tests.
Just saw the 303 area code. You might have special requirements for gas (orifice size) and water pressures, and combustion air if you're considered high altitude.1 -

Check all around the boiler for a plate. Should have the manufacturer name and model number. Looks like a Super Hot Saturn Series made by Allied Engineering: https://alliedboilers.com/products/saturn-series-boiler/. Check the "Literature" tab for the instruction manual.1

Last fall we replaced one just like this up in the high country (Summit)
Probably reduced the AFC by 30% to 40%.
Not a big fan of pumping into the return (Factory setup for ease of shipping ?)
This one also has the manual bypass setup0 -
@Derheatmeister what does AFC mean?Do you know if this is an old/bad boiler? The website seems to show its from 2013 (?) but I can’t tell.0

@Derheatmeister also what is the manual bypass setup? Thanks!0
