HELP Bradford White Brute FT Series Wall Mount Boiler

Hello. Hoping someone can help with my problem. My boiler won’t turn on. I get the following on the display screen and I cannot find the info in my manual.

00.04
SFn

sometimes 0009 appears last.

    Yes. And after being run around on for 45 mins with people who didn’t know anything about a boiler because those people weren’t anywhere to found I hung up. I even left voice messages with people who were supposed to be at their desks and were not.

     Nothing. Because those are not error codes. They are the letters/numbers that come up on startup. It’s just stopping before it’s finished.

    oh, so it isn't booting, that is just the firmware version and such? Sounds like you need to talk to whoever at the manufacturer knows the firmware on those. Check the power too.

    Try unplugging it from the power for several hours and re-plug and see if it starts. also, when there isn't any power to it, press the power button and hold for several min.
