Question ? In heat Pex is the barrier different between brands of pipe ?
I have enough experience to know , that I dont know it all

Of course not. Each brand has their own barrier design and it is always better than the competition. Just ask them ... they will be glad to tell you!

Technically there are different grades of EVOH, but not something you can visually distinguish between the brands.
The most you will know from submittals is that they meet specification DIN 4726 for oxygen tightness. I have yet to come across one that claims to be "better than others" if even necessary..
Some brands have an additional layer on top of the EVOH.
For the most part, it's the same- get whatever is most accessible to you as long as it's by a known reputable company.
Then there's Pex-Al-Pex which features an aluminum tube core as the oxygen barrier.
