Looking for old podcast

Good morning, all! I'm trying to find an old podcast (in the past 2-3 years) and need some help. It was one where Mr. Holohan discusses the engineering of an old cathedral. He mentioned that with the originally designed system the ▲T from floor to ceiling was only a couple of degrees. He was called in because some newer and less-informed HVAC tech advised the church to install a forced air system to reduce their heating bills. When that wasn't achieving the efficiency that was expected then ceiling fans were suggested which ended up deteriorating the situation further. It was Mr. Holohan's advice to turn off the fans and service the original system.
I may have some of the details off but is this ringing a bell with anyone?
