Noisy circulator

All of my grundfus circulators make noise when they are on. Gas Buderus unit, baseboard heat. High or low speed they make noise. No air checked several times, even removed one to check for debris. Do I change to Taco? Thanks

That is very strange that all of them started making noise all at the same time... makes me wonder if there is something up w/ the water quality in the system. How old are they?

you may not see air, but it could still be there in the flow(s),
are you pumping towards or away from your expansion tank ?
what's your boiler pressure?

I would check the water quality could be magnetite or other debris in the bearings or it could be air. Did the system ever contain glycol or antifreeze? What is the pressure in the system?0
