We have a project where 7 of 15 indirect radiators cracked. Any suggestions on replacements options?

There is a possibility that the guts of another brad of convector might work. https://www.beacon-morris.com/residential-and-commercial-convector.
Another options might be to stack some baseboard radiator elements 3 wide by 3 high to build a home made custom fit element.
Another option is to call Governale to see if thay have something that might fit http://governaleindustries.com/products/convectors/Edward Young Retired
After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?

Use this Beacon Morris chart to determine the output capacity of what you have.
Possibly a panel radiator could swap into that space, a #33 version. The panel radiators would look nice in those recess and give you both convection and radiant heat output.Bob "hot rod" Rohr
