Good morning. I have a Lasrs endurance EBP175. This morning I check my boiler and no call for heat or hot water. But the internal pump keep running.  What could be the cause ?  Please help

The transfer tank may be calling for heat if the transfer tank is less than 40°F (22°C) below the Off Point. Now if a temperature sensor is malfunctioning the transfer tank call for heat may be keeping the circulator on while the high limit has the burner off. But that is just one explanation. There may be others. Are there any error codes displayed?

You can try the reset button to see if that puts everything back in step.

You can also see whet the temperature sensors are reading.

    6.3 View Menu

The boiler control allows the user to view the
temperatures that are being read by the sensors.
The default display for the boiler control is the
supply temperature (defined below). To scroll through
and view the other readings, press the up or down

After you make that expensive repair and you still have the same problem, What will you check next?
