I have 4lights flashing on panel top one is red bottom one is green and have no heat

    So Far. Google has indicated the above topic equals 1106. (1107 - 1 = 1106)
    and Milwaukee tools makes a D handle Drill with that model number.

    In that case I'll bet a bad HSI..(hot surface igniter)

    This has a spark to pilot ignition sequence... NO HSI. When was the last time you had maintenance service? I would check the pilot flame sensor. The bottom green and top red flashing usually means that there is a pilot flame when there should not be a flame at all. Look at the pilot to see if there is a flame before the flame should be there.
