Short cycling WM ECO155

Here's the issue. We have an ECO 155 in one of our resident houses. Short cycling.
Prepurge Ignition Heating postpurge in the span of about 45 seconds. It is igniting. I replaced the ignitor/proving rod and it will run full cycle but then repeat the short cycling afterwards. Cleaned the burner chamber and burner. same thing after a few cycles this time. It's warm out now so it seems to keep up with the heating demand only. But boy the past few days it lost the race big time.
I heard there was/is a recall on these older eco155s I don't recall what parts are involved. Any insight from the hive mind?
Thank you for anything you have to offer.

A relay not holding? Bad control board? I'm grabbing at straws here.
    8.33 lbs./gal. x 60 min./hr. x 20°ΔT = 10,000 BTU's/hour

Two btu per sq ft for degree difference for a slab

Luckily the temps have climbed into the 40s during the day from a low Saturday morning of -16. I think everyone is grasping straws now. A new control board is maintaining a temp for now. For how long? we'll find out.
