Hoffman F&T 54V.....Rebuild or Replace?

Have at least 2 of these, would be easy to replace.
But is rebuild feasible or recommended.
I have visions of the studs snapping off as the cover is removed.


Not sure what this is, bucket trap or strainer?? I can get better pictures.

    Bottom pic looks like a trap any markings on it? Hoffman's can be rebuilt if you can get parts. Tunstall or Barnes & Jones. Replacement might be easier 1"?
