Have a unit that when first applying power you can hear the stepper motor for the EEV clicking. Sometimes for about 5 seconds upon energizing the breakers (seems sort of normal), sometimes more like 10-15 seconds (seems a little long). How long is normal for the stepper motor to click upon initial power reset? If it ohms good, and it's clicking like that is the long clicking more likely due to the stepper motor that would cause that, or is that a symptom that the EEV itself isn't responding to the stepper motor causing the stepper motor to click more than normal?
Unit is showing error code 10, low superheat. Have ohm'd ET/GT sensors and stepper motor, all ohm to proper expected readings. Have verified EVC circuit card is putting out expected 5VDC to ET/GT sensors, and both are just at the 3 degree separation so looks to be just inside the normal range for the sensor calibration. Unit is still heating the home to the set temperature but seems to be running longer than expected.
